My brothers, sister & I were all homeschooled and never knew what grade we were in. I don't even have a teacher's manual. I love the way I homeschool and our kids are learning. I have 5 kids - 7, 6, 3, 2, 6mo. The 7 and 6 year olds are somewhere between K and grade 2. Both just started reading and are doing Grade one level math. Because we have to give a grade they are in 1st and 2nd but here I have total freedom to teach what I want. As long as I can prove that they are learning and progressing. Last time my facilitator was here, neither girl was reading. So I'm doing okay! You homeschool just like us!
