Not really.
It’s actually the summer of Plagues, Pestilence and Pustules.
Audrey was good enough to pass her croup on to both Luke and Chloe. Thankfully, they didn’t require any ER trips or breathing treatments.
Then we all got a cold.
Audrey finished off her antibiotics on Tuesday and then on Wednesday came down with a fever and cold.
And Luke has a sty in his eye.
Wouldn’t you like to invite us over for a pool party? We’re contagious fun!
I’m feeling disconnected from all my bloggy friends lately.
What has been the high of your summer so far? The low?

Ok I’m going to give you the inside secret on what we use here for colds. It’s called Berry Well and you can get it at Morethanalive.com this stuff is awesome and all natural. We kick a cold in 3 days. I hope you all start feeling better soon. We are actually schooling through the summer because of the hotness and the mosquitos. We will take off the winter here instead. I hope the rest of your summer is better.

Have you tried putting mentholatum (sp?) or Vicks vapor rub on the bottoms of their feet, then slipping on socks? I don’t know how or why this works. But it works wonders with my kids, especially my youngest who has horrible allergies.
We’re taking short family trips this summer. A weekend here, a weekend there. My two youngest kids have had their birthdays this summer. So I guess you could say we’ve been partying.

Well, sickness has invaded our home as well, so you are not alone. I actually just wrote about the mysterious goings on here, yesterday.

Well, the highlight thus far would be the Wii Fit that I managed to snag the other day at the store. I’m loving that thing!!
The low, well, yet another summer without the Mr. around. He always gets sent away over the summer. It stinks!

I’m so sorry your summer is not treating you well. Hang in there!
For me the highlight will hopefully be tomorrow– when we load up the van and head up for a couple days in Minnesota. It’s going to be fascinating, whatever else it is.
